Organization

The Miss Trans Italia International Organization, based in Italy, is holding a selection event called “Casting Miss Trans Italia International 2027”, hereafter referred to as the Casting.

Purpose of the Casting

The Miss Trans Italia International 2027 Casting is organized by Nigrelli Antonino S.r.l., owner of the registered trademarks, with the aim to:
• Select up to 15 official participants who will compete in the televised final broadcast on Canale Italia 71.
• Promote visibility, talent, and empowerment of transgender women as ambassadors of the project in Italy and International..
• Offer a valuable educational and media experience with professional opportunities.

Official event dates: from May 17 to 23, 2027, 2027 (live TV broadcast).

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:
• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have a public social media profile;
• Be available to represent the contest during their term;
• Have never participated in projects contrary to the Organization’s ethical values;
• Maintain good conduct and reputation;
• Not be employees of the organizing company;
• Authorize the free use of images, photos, and videos for promotional purposes.

Application Procedure

Applicants must complete the online form, providing:

• Full name

• Date of birth and address

• Email and phone number
• Social media links (Instagram, TikTok o Facebook)
• Copy of ID (passport or identity card)
• Full-body photo
• Half-body photo
• Presentation video (max 3 minutes, .mp4 format)
• Short biography (max 100 words) explaining the motivation for participation

Each candidate may submit only one application..

Selection Criteria

An official jury (including organizational representatives and image/communication experts) will evaluate:

• Motivation and alignment with the contest’s values;
• Charisma and communication skills;
• Authenticity in representing the transgender community;
• Availability to promote the brand during the representation period.

Up to 15 contestants will be chosen to compete in the official televised pageant

Commitments of Selected Representatives

Successful candidates commit to:

• Accept their nomination by signing an official agreement and completing the required registration fee;
• Attend all activities, rehearsals, interviews, and runway events organized by the staff;
• Regularly publish social media content promoting the contest (posts, videos, presentations).

During their collaboration, they must::

• Maintain ethical and respectful behavior;
• Uphold values of inclusion, respect, and positivity;
• Be available for campaigns, media appearances, and events related to the Miss Trans Italia brand.

Data and Media Usage

All personal data will be processed in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Participants grant Nigrelli Antonino S.r.l. free authorization to use images, photos, videos, and content created during or for the contest, solely for promotional and media purposes..
