OFFICIAL SCHEDULE – 19 MAY 2026

Hotel Olympia★★★★ – Montegrotto Terme (PD)

All contestants must arrive no later than 12:00 pm at the official venue of the event.
The entire day of 19 May will be dedicated to reception, administrative procedures and the official opening photo session.

Daily schedule
1:00 pm – Arrival and welcome

Official registration at the pageant office;
Delivery of personal badge, information materials and full event schedule;
Room assignment at the hotel.

2:00 pm – Welcome cocktail

Official meeting with the Management and Staff;
Presentation of the organising team and the contestants;
Short welcome and moments of social interaction

3:30 pm – Signing of official documents

Signing of the participation contract and acceptance of the Official Rules;
Collection of a copy of the signed documents and confirmation of participation in the program.

4:30 pm – Return to room and personal preparation

Contestants can get ready for the Official Miss Dinner scheduled in the evening;
Free time for make up and personal preparation.

7:30 pm – Official Miss Dinner

Opening dinner with the organising staff and the jury;
Official photo session with contestants wearing the sash of the country or city they represent.

10:30 pm – End of activities and return to the rooms

End of the evening;

Orderly return to assigned rooms for night rest;

Communication of schedules and program for the following day by the staff.

Hotel Olympia★★★★ – Montegrotto Terme (PD)

The day of 20 May is entirely dedicated to catwalk training and rehearsals of the official show choreographies, at times scheduled by the production staff.
Attendance at all activities is mandatory, and daily discipline is considered an integral part of the contestants’ overall evaluation.

Daily schedule
8:00 am – Breakfast

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant;
Personal preparation for the fot the beginning of activities.

9:00 am – Catwalk and runway training

Training session and stage rehearsals with choreographers and artistic staff;
Study of the official opening choreography and group synchronisation;
Technical instructions on posture, timing and movement.

12:30 pm – Lunch break

Lunch in the hotel restaurant;
Short rest break in the room.

2:00 pm – Choreography rehearsals

Continuation of group rehearsals with the official themed choreography;
Coordination with the technical team (lights, music, artistic direction).

6:00 pm – End of daily rehearsals

Debriefing with the stage staff and evaluation of individual progress;
Organisational announcements for the following day.

8:00 pm – Dinner

Dinner at the hotel with contestants and organising staff;
Social moment to end the day.

10:30 pm – Night rest

Return to the rooms and rest;
No outings or contact with people outside the organisation are allowed.

The day of 21 May is entirely dedicated to catwalk rehearsals, TV show simulations and stage presence evaluation.
All activities take place inside the hotel and are mandatory for all contestants.

8:00 am – Breakfast

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant;
Personal preparation for the start of the morning rehearsals.

9:00 am – Individual catwalk rehearsals

Individual training session under the guidance of the choreographer;
Technical evaluation of style, posture and stage awareness;
Internal video recordings for posture analysis and correction.

12:30 pm – Lunch break

Lunch at the hotel;
Short relaxation break in the room.

2:00 pm – Group rehearsals and TV simulations

Rehearsals of entrances, positions and interaction with the cameras;
Simulation of on stage interviews and jury interactions;
Coordination of lighting and soundtrack for the overall choreography.

6:00 pm – End of daily rehearsals

Technical meeting for costume check and review;
Logistic information for the following day.

8:00 pm – Dinner

Dinner with the production staff and contestants.

10:30 pm – Return to rooms and night rest

End of daily activities;
It is forbidden to leave the rooms or receive visitors.

The day of 22 May is dedicated to full dress rehearsals and the official choreography for the live television broadcast.
It is a day of focus and final preparation: punctuality and discipline are essential.

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant;
Final schedule of the day presented by the staff.

9:00 am – Full dress rehearsals

Complete run through of opening, main show and closing sequences;
Coordination of lights, sound, stage positions and camera presence;
Adjustment of scenic details with the director and choreographer.

12:30 pm – Lunch

Lunch break at the hotel;
Short relaxation break in the room.

2:00 pm – Final technical rehearsals and microphone checks

Final audio checks and choreography run through in official outfits;
Alignment of stage entrances and exits with the TV team;
Full simulation of the live evenings of 23 and 24 May.

6:00 pm – End of general rehearsals

Final check with the production director;
Announcements regarding call times for the first TV evening.

8:00 pm – Dinner

Dinner at the hotel with all technical and organising staff;
Final convivial moment before the official TV nights.

10:30 pm – Night rest and room order

Return to rooms;
It is absoluteley prohibited to go out or have contact with people outside the organisation.

First Contest Night – Live TV Broadcast on Canale Italia 71
The day of 23 May 2026 marks the official opening of the televised evenings of the pageant.
It will be dedicated to training and cultural exchange with the jury and the press, followed by preparation and performance of the first competition night in live broadcast.

Daily schedule

8:00 am – Breakfast

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant;
Daily schedule briefing by the organising staff.

10:00 am – Meeting with Jury and Press

Official meeting between contestants, jury members and accredited journalists;
Discussion of social and contemporary topics related to inclusion, gender identity and the importance of visibility in the entertainment world;
Personal presentation of each contestant, to allow the jury to get to know them better from a cultural and communication point of view;
Activity aimed at assessing the contestants’ preparation for potential future interviews or TV appearances.

1:00 pm – Lunch

Lunch in the hotel restaurant;
Short return to rooms for relaxation and personal preparation.

3:00 pm – Beauty preparation: hair & make up

Start of beauty sessions handled by the pageant professionals (make up artists, hairstylists and official stylists);
Selection and organisation of stage outfits for the televised evening.

6:00 pm – Departure for TV studios

All contestants must be ready and in stage attire;
Departure from the hotel by official pageant bus;
Arrival at the Canale Italia 71 studios for final make up touch ups and technical alignment.

9:00 pm – Start of live TV show (First competition night)

Official opening of the show live on television;
Scenic performances, showcases and runway walks;
Contestant presentations, artistic moments and first jury votes;
All voting will be public, clear and visible, in the presence of an appointed Notary, registered with the Notarial Council of Padua, guaranteeing full transparency.

11:30 pm – End of the evening and return to hotel

Return by bus to Hotel Olympia;
Light dinner or snacks available in the common area;
Return to rooms and night rest.

Grand Finale Night – Live TV Broadcast on Canale Italia 71
The day of 24 May 2026 represents the final stage and Grand Finale of the Miss Trans Italia Sudamerica 2026 pageant..
The morning will be dedicated to relaxation and personal wellness, while the afternoon will focus on preparation for the televised Final.

Daily schedule
8:00 am – Breakfast

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant;
Organisational announcements for the day.

9:00 am – Morning of relaxation & wellness centre

Exclusive access to the hotel wellness area reserved for contestants;
Use of sauna, thermal pools, Turkish bath and relaxation area;
Activities aimed at physical and mental recovery in view of the final evening;
Calm, respectful and collaborative behaviour is required.

1:00 pm – Lunch

Lunch in the hotel restaurant;
Short return to rooms after lunch.

2:30 pm – Preparation for the Grand Finale

Start of make up, hair and styling sessions with the professional team;
Selection and preparation of official evening gowns for the Grand Finale;
Final instructions and technical briefing with the production staff.

6:00 pm – Departure for the TV Final

All contestants must be fully ready in complete stage attire;
Departure by official bus to the Canale Italia 71 TV studios;
Upon arrival: final touch ups and pre show preparation.

9:00 pm – Start of live TV show (Grand Finale)

Live TV broadcast with official presentation of the finalists;
Performances, choreographies and institutional moments;
Final voting in the presence of the Notary from the Notarial Council of Padua, guaranteeing transparency;
Crowning of Miss Trans Italia Sudamerica 2026 and awarding of special titles.

11:30 pm – End of the event and return to hotel

Return by bus with staff and contestants;
Final greetings and acknowledgements;
Return to rooms and night rest.
